Step 1: Open the Invite Link

1. Check your email: Look for an email from our magazine with the subject line “Set up your Stripe account.” 

2. Click the invite link: In the email, there will be a unique link that takes you directly to Stripe to set up your account.

Step 2: Enter your phone number to get started

1. Input your phone number:

1. If you have a stripe account, you can use the same one here. A code will be sent to your phone number to login.

2. If you don’t have a stripe account already or want to create a new one, you can do that also

Step 3: Provide Your Personal Information

1. Enter legal first name

2. Enter legal last name

3. Enter your business website. This isn’t more than an identifier in this case. Enter a website if you have one or something else if you don’t.

Step 4: Add Your Bank Account

1. Bank Details:

Routing Number: (for U.S. accounts) or the equivalent in your country.

Account Number: This is where your payments will be deposited.

Confirm Your Account: Some banks may require you to confirm a small deposit Stripe sends to verify the account.

Step 5: Work through additional steps:

1. Walk through any additional steps that come up from stripe. This may happen based on where you are or what type of bank you are using. If you have questions, reach out to us and we can help you!

Step 6: Review and Confirm

1. Review Details: Ensure all the information you’ve entered is correct.

2. Submit: Click the final button to submit your information to Stripe.

Step 7: Wait for Verification

1. Verification Process: Stripe and Amnesia  will review your information, which might take a few minutes to a few days. You’ll receive an email once your account is verified and ready to receive payments.

Step 8: Start Receiving Payments

Once your Stripe account is set up and verified, payments will be sent automatically to your linked bank account according to the payment schedule we’ve set up.
